Please note that a request to sell shares must be made in writing and signed by the shareholder. This letter should contain authorization to advertise on this website, details of shares to be sold, ie certificate number, amount of shares to be sold ie 2 of 5 etc, and contact details on which enquirers can contact you. Shares will only be advertised for free for a period of 8 weeks. After this period a fee of €50.00 per month will apply, this must be paid in advance of advertisement.
The vendor of the shares must complete and sign a Stock Transfer Form (word document 34kb)and return the original share certificate to the Registrar of the Fund or Plan. If the purchase price is for €1,000 or more the purchaser must pay 1% Stamp Duty to the Revenue Commissioners. Please contact
