A small number of shares are available in the earlier Irish Forestry Funds & Plans, details of which are shown below. Where multiple shares are identified in a block, it may be possible to purchase single or multiple units.

This service is a free matching facility provided for Irish Forestry Fund, Forestry Investment Plan and the Forestry Growth Plan shareholders where potential purchasers can be put in touch with shareholders wishing to sell all or part of their shareholding. We are not in a position to act as an intermediary in any way, or become a party to any share transactions or dealings.

Please note that a request to sell shares must be made in writing and signed by the shareholder. Shares will only be advertised for free for a period of 8 weeks. After this period a fee of €50.00 per month will apply.

The vendor of the shares must complete and sign a Stock Transfer Form (word document 34kb) and return the original share certificate to the Registrar of the Fund or Plan and complete and sign the transfer form. The purchaser must pay 1% Stamp Duty to the Revenue Commissioners at Dublin Castle before a new Share Certification can be issued.
